The right period of the harvest together with the measured time of fermentation of the wine have given life to a special nectar which costs us a great deal of trouble, but that we are proud to present to you.

Dry and rich taste, excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies fish well. Winner of the "Oscar Asti".

The grape from which is produced this unusual wine, are ready to be harvested in the "Istadelade San Martim", which in dialect means "the summer of San Martin", a tale that needs the day of the saint to be the hottest of the autumn.
When the grapes are exposed to the warm sun, this helps the concentration of sugar in the daytime and during the cold nights to retain the bouquet which characterizes this wine. It is a sweet wine with a delicate and fruity bouquet and a flavour of well matured yellows fruits.
