Moscato giallo

The Moscato Giallo is an extremely singular and highly appreciated product. Very different from the other Italian moscatoes, it is indigenous of Trentino. The Moscato Giallo adds to the peculiar bouquet a very personal dry flavour

Vinification gentle pressing, with separation of the skins from the must, then fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C to 20 °C. A very stable, dry wine. Bottling in the spring following the grape‘s harvest

Colour heavy straw - coloured yellow with golden reflections. Bouquet characteristic aroma of the grape, sage and apple, intense and lingering. Flavour Broad, harmonious, characteristic of the grape

Müller Thürgau

The Müller Thürgau vine was obtained in 1881, from the German researcher Hermann Müller, on the Costanza lake, crossing the Riesling Renano variety with the Silvaner Verde

Vinification Gentle pressing, separating the skins from the must, then fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C to 20 °C. Bottling in the spring, following the grape‘s harvest

Colour pale golden yellow, with green reflections. Bouquet fresh and fragrant, with peach and almond blossom coming to mind. Flavour light, with subtle and dry flavour, substained by the right amount of acidity, which stimulates the lingering effect

Chardonnay

Coming from the Borgogna region, the Chardonnay vine was introduced in Trentino around the end of the past century, immediately finding here its ideal habitat. Freshness and elegance distinguish this wine, also characterized by a strong fruit bouquet

Vinification gentle pressing, with the separation of the skin from the must. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 10 °C to 20 °C. Bottling in the spring, following the grape‘s harvest

Colour straw - coloured yellow with green reflections, brilliant. Bouquet Subtle but full aroma, with Golden Delicious apples and crusty bread springing to mind. Flavour dry, full, with bitterish undertones. To the taste of apples, add yeast and liquorice

Pinot bianco

Cultivated at mid - altitude, the Pinot Bianco finds here the ideal habitat to fully express its personality. Very appreciated in youth, does not mind a modest aging, which enhances its peculiar characteristics

Vinification after pressing, left for a short time with the skins (18 to 24 hours), then fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C to 20 °C. Bottling in the spring, following the grape‘s harvest

Colour full straw - coloured yellow. Bouquet delicate and subtle, bringing to mind hawthorn flowers. Flavour full, characteristic, revealing an harmonious and pleasant character, where apples, with bitterish undertones, spring to mind

Schiava gentile

This rosé wine comes from the Campet and Filari Longhi vineyards, respectively the smallest and the furthest stretching of our vineyards. It has an harmonious, fresh and fruity flavour, with a full and elegant bouquet, intensely flavoured. Grape Schiava Gentile and Schiava Tchacherle, indigenous Trentino vines, with plump grapes on full bunches

Vinification after pressing, left a short time with the skins (12 to 36 hours), then fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 18 °C to 20 °C. Bottling in the spring following the grape‘s harvest

Colour deep pink, with brilliant reflections. Bouquet Vinous, fruity, delicate. Flavour Fresh with lemony undertones, dry without being rough

Merlot

This wine is aged in oak casks for over twelve months and is fruit of the Pragiara and Tonazze vineyards, the latter nestling behind the company house. It has a more or less deep garnet red colour, and, according to the vintage, a dry and slightly tannic flavour added to an intense and very personal aroma

Vinification in red, with a medium - term maceration, followed by aging in oak casks. Bottling about 18 months after the grape‘s harvest

Colour more or less intense ruby red, depending on the vintage. Bouquet Intense, personal, earthly. Flavour warm backbone, dry and slightly tannic, bitterish, with grassy undertones

Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine comes from the Pragiara and Frisinghelle vineyards, both set at mid - altitude, and ages for over twelve months in oak casks in our underground cellars. It has an intense ruby red colour and is full - bodied to the taste, lingering. To its characteristic fruity flavour and aroma, add a delicately grassy note

Vinification in red, with prolonged maceration, followed by aging in oak casks. Bottling about 18 months after the grape‘s harvest

Colour ruby red, with deep orange reflections. Bouquet intense, full, with a delicate grassy stamp. Flavour lightly tannic, dry and round, with a lingering aftertaste

Cabernet Franc

Wine of strong character, aged for at least 24 months in the underground cellars. The grapes come from the Pragiara and Carpene vineyards, both facing south - east. From its deep red colour with orange reflections to its slightly tannic and robust flavour, it brings forth an intense aroma of mountain hay

Vinification in red, with prolonged maceration, followed by long aging in oak casks. Bottling about 2 years after the grape‘s harvest

Colour deep garnet red with orange reflections. Bouquet ethereal, distinct grassy stamp (mountain hay), vanilla and pepper. Flavour slightly tannic, dry, green backbone of notable character, satisfies the palate

Marzemino

Produced exclusively with Marzemino grapes from our vineyards, which frame the 17th century company house and cellars, lying on the right side of the Adige river. This young wine is fruit of the Castello, Brugnara and Dossi vineyards, set in the heart of the classical areas of Marzemino production. This wine, dedicated to Mozart, is of ruby red colour with violet reflections; dry, slightly bitterish taste; delicate and subtle bouquet, bringing violets to mind

Vinification In red, with a short maceration. Bottling Summer following the grape‘s harvest

Colour ruby red, with beautiful violet reflections. Bouquet intense, with characteristic traces of almonds and violets. Flavour full of character, with pleasing, bitterish undertones, a pinch of pepper and vigour, but of light - hearted stuff

Colour Smooth, brilliant ruby red, exquisite transparency. Bouquet very intense, persistent, wide, with both spice (tobacco, liquorice) and fruit (raspberry, strawberry) traces

Flavour dry, good alcoholicity, supported by a pleasant freshness. Harmonic and pleasant, with a medium to long persistance

Cabernet Sauvignon - Selezione Pianilonghi

Colour brilliant ruby red, compact, good transparency Bouquet intense and persintent, a little closed, due to its young age. Tipically spiced, it reminds of the vine and area of origin.

Flavour dry, full, harmonic, sweet tannins with a very pleasant almond finale. Very good haromatic persistance
